International model boat show 2018 showguide (430 kb) about the exhibition the annual international model boat show, took place from the 9th to 11th november at the warwickshire event centre.. Just like 2017 arranging the events for 2018 has been another challenge for our public relations officer stan reffin. trying to liaise with other clubs and incorporate all the requests from our members has been hard work but as usual he has managed and this year looks like being another good one.. It isn´t difficult to see why the international model boat show has been called the uk´s leading marine modelling exhibition; the show offers over 600 models on display from the age of sail to the present as well as leading suppliers of kits, tools and accessories for making models..
The exhibition is the result of a project which encourages primary and secondary school children to design and build model boats from recycled materials. all model boats adjudicated and launched on the lough on thursday 24 may at 18:30..
